Welcome to the second KWVC event of the 2026 season! Deadline for registration is Wednesday, June 10 at 8 pm. You can still register after the deadline, however, there is a $10 late fee per team. Please email kitsvolleyballclub@gmail.com prior to late registration. Please keep in mind that we are a non-profit organization run by volunteers so we expect all registered teams to be on time and to help set up the courts.

Venue: Kitsilano Beach at Cornwall Avenue and Arbutus Street Arrival & Court Set-up: 7:45 am Players' Meeting: 8:30 am at the organizer tent Games Start Time: 9 am Schedule: Pool play in the morning, playoffs in the afternoon Cost: $110 Registration fee per team** SEE BELOW ($50 registration per team, $30 membership fee per player paid once per year if a player has not yet played a KWVC event) Prizes: Cash prize for every tier finalists **NOTE: All participants are required to have Adult Outdoor Player Membership (through Sportlomo/Volleyball BC) insurance prior to playing ($13)**

Membership fee is non-refundable. If a team needs to cancel and wishes to get a refund, they are able to do so up until noon Wednesday the week of the event and only if they find a replacement team. If they are unable to find a replacement team on their own or through the KWVC waitlist, they forfeit their registration fee (membership fee is non-refundable, but is applied for future events in that calendar year). The replacement team must pay membership fee if not registered for that calendar year. **All refunds will be provided minus $1.50 transaction fee. Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.** After Wednesday week of the event, there will be no refunds of any fees. Note that we are a non-profit organization and any fees collected will go towards operations of the KWVC.

If a partner change is needed, it can be done at no extra fee by noon Wednesday the week of the event by notifying KWVC at kitsvolleyballclub@gmail.com. If a partner change is needed after Wednesday week of the event, the new partner is required to also pay the registration fee (as well as membership fee, if not a member). The partner who dropped out forfeits their registration. **NOTE: No partnership changes are allowed after Friday at NOON, day before the event. If a player gets injured, the team must forfeit. In the event where both partners from a team need to find replacement players, it will be considered a cancellation and the new partners must register as a new team. In the event that there is a wait-list to register, the new team will be placed after the already wait-listed teams.
